Christmas is a time when we remember God and HIS WORD made FLESH in JESUS, HIS only Begotten SON. God in Christ often gets lost during then year. He is always there, but unless things get tough, God is usually put on the back burner. Our lives are so full of a number of things that crowd out time for faithful reflection.
Christmas, even with the hustle and bustle, puts the Babe of Bethlehem back at center stage. Remember God and His gift of His eternal SON makes a great Christmas....something to remember everyday of our lives.
As I viewed "The FACE of JESUS in Art" again last night, I became aware of all the gifts I received as a Pastor and as Chaplain of ASAKorea....gifts that mean so much.....friendship, comradeship, love and commitment to the Word of God made Flesh in Jesus, the Lord's Christ.
May you and yours enjoy the fulness as knowing Jesus Christ. He is the ONE who stands at the door and knocks (Rev. 3:20); it is up to us to open that door and leave HIM into our hearts and lives. God be with you. A happy and merry Christmas.

It's not a new story, we all know that. In each generation for some 2,000 years its been told. It is a story of love, hope, goodness, grace, and, most importantly, LIFE........"
In Him was LIFE, and that Life was the Light of men" (John 1:4). What began in Bethlehem where Jesus, the Word of God made flesh (John 1:14) was born became fulfillment on that First Easter Morn, "And of His Kingdom there will be no end" (Luke 1:33).
The joy of the Angels message to the lowly shepherds when HE was born, "Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace, goodwill to men..." (Luke 2:14) was echoed awhile later by other Angels, "Why seek ye the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen.." (Luke 5b,6a).................
AND THEN IT ALL BEGAN!!!!!!!!!! HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!!!! AND HE SHALL REIGN FOREVER AND FOREVER!!!!! HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!
This is the story of Christmas, and my prayer for all of you and yours and for all creation; As you give praise and glory to God, may His peace and favor rest upon you and your loved ones, and all this troubled world....this day and always. For the story of Christmas never grows old. The story of HIS birth, the miracle of HIS life, is the blessing that makes all things eternally new.
