| Note from your President: YOU are the reason we exist. YOU are the one who should be registering for the 14th Annual ASA Korea Reunion being held in Buffalo, New York, October 1-4, 2009. Our planned events will be different from our previous 2003 visit to Buffalo. After experiencing boat rides in the past (at Frankenmuth and Chicago reunions) we will add this event to the Buffalo reunion. We will visit the Lockport Locks on the historical Erie Canal. Details of the scheduled events are shown below. I am aware that some of you have physical and financial limitations, but for many of us, we should be visiting with each other as we approach our later year. | A note from your hosts. We will welcome you to Buffalo, NY for the 14th Annual ASA Korea Reunion. Our reunion will be held at the Millennium Hotel Buffalo at 2040 Walden Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14225. They offer convenient amenities within 300 guest rooms and suites, including free parking, complimentary airport shuttle, business center, indoor pool, fitness center and sauna. Click on the link below for additional details. The reunion will open on Thursday, October 1st with registration from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm followed by the Welcome Mixer at 6:00 pm. The hospitality room will open at 1:00 pm. Hotel check-in time is 4:00 pm. There will be an optional trip offered on Friday to Lockport, NY to take a boat ride through the locks on the Erie Canal. Following that trip we will make a short stop at The Winery at Marjim Manor followed by a visit to Houghton Park in downtown Buffalo to honor our war dead. Saturday will be free time to enjoy attractions in and around Buffalo such as the Naval Park, Erie Canal Habor, Museums, Galleries, and the Galleria Mall directly opposite the hotel. The member meeting will be held at 2:00 pm and the Annual Banquet is scheduled for 7:00 pm with a cash bar at 6:00 pm. At Sunday breakfast we will say our farewells until next time.
