DETAILS AND REGISTRATION FORM

ALL RESERVATIONS must be made through All-In-One-Tours including extra days at the hotel (which will be paid by you directly to the hotel).  We encourage early registration to enable us to plan for the reunion more efficiently.  Price: Thursday - Sunday- with tours  $450.00-per person double occupancy add $168-for single Thursday - Sunday - without tours  $404.00-per person double occupancy Banquet Only  (Saturday night)   -  $ 58.00 per person Package includes: 3 nights lodging, breakfast each day beginning with Friday morning, casual buffet reception Thursday evening, dinner Friday evening, transportation Friday for the tours, Saturday transportation, ASA Korea Banquet, access to the Hospitality Room, and all tips and taxes for rooms and meals.  The Hospitality Room is centrally and conveniently located for your pleasure and relaxation. It will remain open as suitable and fitting. Donations will be accepted. Final Payment is due no later than August 1, 2004.  Payments may be mailed throughout the year. Once we receive your initial deposit you will receive a confirmation from All-In-One Tours along with a travel insurance form.  You will deal directly with the insurance company for the travel insurance.  An itinerary will be given upon arrival at the reunion. Cancellations: All money will be refunded if cancellation is received more than 45 days before the reunion. If cancellation is received between 44 and 14 days of the reunion there will be a $50.00 per person cancellation fee plus any monies we can not recover from paid suppliers. Cancellation received 13 days or less will not receive a refund. Insurance is highly recommended and encouraged. A form will be sent with your confirmation.
