15th ASA KOREA REUNION 2010 PITTSBURGH
Members of the ASA Korea Organization will attend the 15th Annual Reunion Thursday to Sunday, October 7 – 10,
2010 at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott, 777 Aten Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15108. Please visit www.

The Marriott is located 5 miles from the Greater Pittsburgh International Airport via complimentary airport
transportation (reservation required). When exiting the airport, follow the signs to Pittsburgh. Follow 60 South for
approximately 5 miles to Exit 2 Montour Run. Make the first right off the exit and an immediate right into the hotel
parking lot.
Attendees are asked to make your hotel reservations directly with the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott (412.788.8800 or
800.328.9297). DEADLINE for reservations is Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Identify yourself as a member of ASA Korea
Reunion reserving for Thursday, October 7 to Sunday, October 10. If you want to arrive earlier or stay later, the rate
of $119.00 (plus 14% tax) per night, per room, double occupancy or single. This rate will be available 3 days before
and after the group’s event, subject to availability. This rate includes breakfast each day. Give your name and the
name of your guest (if applicable), your home address, phone number, date and time you expect to arrive, and how
you will pay. You should also request any special needs you have when you make your reservations. There is free
parking for all vehicles.
Thursday we will begin our activities with check in, registration, and a welcome dinner buffet, featuring traditional
Pittsburgh foods and fellowship. Close out the day with time spent together in the Hospitality Suite sharing memories
and mementos.
After an early breakfast on Friday, we will be transported by motor coach to Station Square in downtown Pittsburgh to
board a vessel of the Gateway Clipper Fleet for the Fall Foliage Cruise which includes lunch and entertainment.
Following the cruise, we will go to the Korean Veterans War Memorial on the North Shore for a memorial service for
ASA Korea veterans who have passed away since our last reunion in Buffalo, NY. We will then return to our hotel;
dinner will be on your own, and the Hospitality Suite will be open.
Following Saturday’s breakfast, you will be on your own until the Annual Business Meeting at 2:00 p.m.
Downtown Pittsburgh is just 12 miles away with something for everyone, or there is a complimentary hotel shuttle to
The Mall at Robinson www.shoprobinsonmall.com and Robinson Town Centre nearby which features many retailers,
specialty shops, restaurants, and cafes. The reunion photos and banquet will be in the evening followed by time in the
Hospitality Suite.
Sunday morning, following breakfast, we will say our goodbyes for another year.

Kensington, PA 15068-5124 no later than Tuesday, August 31, 2010. Anticipated registration cost is $95.00/person
which includes the Welcome Mixer and Banquet. The optional event on Friday will be $65.00/per person which
